You are required to comply with these terms as long as you maintain an account with us. In case of any questions, you can contact us via Discord for clarification.
It is strictly forbidden to host servers that contain pornographic, racist, classist, discriminatory, or any phobic content that affects a community, game, or group of people. .onion servers are also prohibited.
DDoS attacks, IP/port scanning, scams, or other actions that harm our infrastructure or image are not allowed. Consequences include IP bans, service removal without notice, and a negative reputation with allies.
To report issues, errors, or inconveniences, use the email support@dynamicnodes.net. This is the only email for support.
The fixed time for refunds is 12 hours, although exceptions may apply in unusual cases.
If the service infringes copyright, action will be taken accordingly. Affected servers may be temporarily or permanently removed depending on the severity of the infringement.
If you do not renew your service within 7 days after the expiration date, the service will be removed without prior notice, resulting in data loss with no possibility of recovery.
You must comply with the regulations of the hosting countries and resource providers, and accept the terms of service of Sparked Host and the laws of the United States, Guatemala, Mexico, and Colombia.
If you reach maximum sanctions on our Discord server, your service could be removed depending on the final sanction decided.
Providing false data may result in changes to the service status, account deletion, or additional penalties. Identity impersonation may lead to a permanent ban from Dynamic Nodes.
We reserve the right to adjust prices and modify invoices. If you are not satisfied with the changes, you can contact us via Discord, but we do not guarantee correction just for your service.
If unlimited access to resources is offered, you must use them sparingly, respecting other users.
We are not responsible for data loss. We provide space for backups that you must use to save your files.
Do not use leaked or unknown files that may contain malware or unauthorized modifications.
Do not send personal or sensitive information. Doing so may result in a permanent and non-appealable ban.
Selling services to third parties is prohibited, except for VPS (with Pterodactyl). Violation will result in cancellation without refund.
Our services should not be used for bitcoin mining or attacks. The purpose is to support the buyer's project.
Do not share your account. Use the sub-user system to create users with specific permissions. We are not responsible for changes made by other users.
Only valid payment methods are accepted. Do not pay helpers. If you pay incorrectly, we will not provide the service and will briefly guide you on how to recover your money.
We are not responsible for lost data that is not attributable to us. Recovery of lost data is your responsibility.
We monitor reports of IP abuse and will cooperate with justice and respect.
Do not use the host's name for fraud or impersonation. Name use is only allowed with a contract. Otherwise, we may sue or impose a fine.
Returns do not include IPs, which may have been used and cannot be recovered. Do not insist on recovering IPs.
- Violation of the rules may result in service removal, bans, and data loss with no possibility of recovery.
We only provide assistance through our main page, billing system, and Discord server. No staff member can handle private requests, except for exclusive exceptions.
VPSs cannot be used for illegal purposes or projects that violate laws.

We are backed by the laws of the United States, Canada, and Germany. Use our services fairly and within the established purposes.
We may modify your files under your authorization to fix errors or provide requested assistance.
The satisfaction guarantee applies only from the time of service activation. After that time, you must make good use of your purchase.
If you file a claim with your bank or PayPal without sufficient evidence, we will suspend the claimed services. If the claim is closed in your favor, the service will be permanently removed without notice.
You agree to indemnify and hold Dynamic Nodes LLC harmless from any claim or liability arising from breaches of the agreement or negligence.
It is forbidden to place malicious code with a negative purpose within your service, especially if it affects the host.
We are not responsible for pirated plugins or files that steal information or have pirated functions.
If you are sanctioned on our Discord server, your service may face risks or modifications, including removal.
